1. What we sell

Downloadable digital music-production products — sample packs, preset packs, MIDI packs, plugins and bundles — and free downloads.

Online music-production services: 1-on-1 classes, track feedback, stem mixing, digital mastering and the Private Mentorship program. Services are carried out online and are arranged with you by email after payment.

No physical goods are sold or shipped.

2. Using the website

You may browse and buy for your own use. Don't interfere with the website, attempt to access areas or data that aren't yours, use automated tools to download in bulk, or use the site for anything unlawful.

To buy, you must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Product information and prices

Each product page describes what is included, file formats, compatibility and download size. Audio and MIDI previews are compressed examples; the download contains the full-quality files.

Our prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR). You can choose to see prices and pay in another currency offered on the site (currently USD, EUR, GBP, AED, AUD or CAD); that amount is converted from the INR price using the European Central Bank reference rate (for AED, the official US-dollar peg) at the time of checkout, and Razorpay charges you in that currency. Protonix Academy is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout and confirmed in the payment window. Your bank or card issuer may add its own fees or use its own exchange rate.

If a price or description is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

4. Payment and order acceptance

Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.

Your order is accepted only after we have verified with Razorpay that the payment was completed for the exact order amount. A failed, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create a purchase and unlocks nothing.

At checkout you confirm that you accept these terms; we record that acceptance with your order.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered through your private purchase page and by email; services are arranged by email. See the Digital Delivery Policy.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All products, sounds, presets, MIDI, software, artwork, text and branding remain the intellectual property of Protonix Academy or its licensors. A purchase gives you a licence to use a product — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Samples, loops, presets and MIDI are licensed under the Sound License: royalty-free use in your own music, including commercial releases, but no resale, sharing or redistribution of the files themselves.

Plugins are licensed to the purchaser for use on their own computers and may not be shared, resold, redistributed, decompiled or modified.

Free products are licensed on the same terms as paid ones unless their page says otherwise.

7. Sharing, resale and misuse

Your purchase page and download links are private to you. Sharing them, uploading files to file-sharing or torrent sites, or reselling products is not permitted.

Where we see link sharing, abuse, a fraudulent or reversed payment (chargeback), or a breach of these terms, we may limit or withdraw access to the products concerned and refuse future orders.

8. Third-party software and compatibility

Many products need software that is not included — for example a DAW, Xfer Serum or Sonic Academy Kick 2. Check each product's compatibility and system requirements before buying.

We may publish updated versions of a product; they appear on your purchase page at no extra cost. We don't promise that any product will be updated, or that it will work with future versions of third-party software.

9. Services and mentorship

After paying for a service, email us with your order number to arrange it. Classes take place online at a time agreed with you. For feedback, mixing and mastering you send your files by a sharing link; please only send material you have the right to share.

You keep all rights to your own music. We use the files you send only to provide the service.

10. Refunds, duplicate charges and failed payments

Covered in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you were charged twice, or charged without receiving access, contact us with your Razorpay payment ID.

11. Liability

Products and services are provided as described on their pages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of data, projects or income) arising from the use of a product or service, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

Please keep your own backups of downloaded files and of your projects.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
